MANTA & KILT DESIGNS are Designs that often show clan symbols such as butterflies, birds, or other animals. Traditional colors of red, black, and green on white a cross-stitched into mantas (ladies dress) and mens kilts for ceremonial use. These have representations of mountains, rain and corn growing in the fields. Everything has a story to Native People, so we translate these interpretations into forms of weavings, pottery and at one time into rock art. It is our way to convey the story that we want to preserve and let others to see and understand.
